​The busy couple who have their plates full and need help creating their fantasy from beginning to end.

• Unlimited planning consultations
• Prepare a budget and review it with you
• Help develop the design, color, and theme/décor of your wedding
• Refer vendors and/or ceremony locations
• Book vendor appointments and attend appointments with you (up to 5 of your choice)
• Review the contracts of your chosen vendors and verify arrangements with them 1 week prior to the event
• Create a payment timeline for vendors, which includes scheduled payment reminders
• Develop itinerary schedule and timeline
• Manage setup of rehearsal dinner and coordinate rehearsal
• Up to 10 hrs. day of coordination of Vendor services arrival/setup, ceremony, & and reception
• Manage setup & and breakdown of the ceremony and reception

Month of..... $2,000

Great for couples who have the ideas of what they want, and some vendors to use, but are still needing a planner pulling everything all together.

  • We will meet 30 days out from the wedding and 2 weeks before the wedding 

  • Prepare a budget analysis and review it with you

  • Attend vendor appointments with you (up to 3 appointments of your choice)

  • Develop itinerary schedule, timeline, and floorplan

  • Free Delivery/Pick up of Rentals

  • Free Diagram Design of Rental Placement

  • Free Set-up of Rentals Including all Other Décor for Ceremony and Reception

  • This Entitles you to an Initial Consultation, 30-day follow-ups and tablescape, and a two-week follow-up with Your Coordinator.

  • This Price Includes One Hour for Ceremony Rehearsal The Night Before Your Wedding, the Wedding Day Ceremony and reception, and Decor clean-up of the Venue to Ensure that Any Deposit You May Have Left is Returned

Elopement

$180 Just You and Me!

Our Elopement Ceremony package. This package is for couples who want the intimacy of the couple and officiant. The couple picks the location. What's included...... In-person or ZOOM meeting, Short and sweet pre-written ceremony- no changes; vows with the ring ceremony and the pronouncement of the couple. usually, about 10-15 mins, and lastly a champagne toast!!

*Priority Mailing of Wedding licenses is also included. The tracking number will be provided by email.

 

$375 LOVE WINS!

This Traditional Ceremony package is for up to 50 guests. It includes one In-Person or Zoom planning session, and unlimited text and e-mail support. For the ceremony: Introduction, Traditional Vows with the Ring Ceremony, Special Add-ins optional (ie... Jump the Broom, Sand ceremony, bridal bouquet, and groom boutonniere, 1 tier wedding cake, champagne toast ), and the pronouncement of the couple. 

*Priority Mailing of Wedding licenses is also included. The tracking number will be provided by email.*​     

**50% Non-Refundable Retainer is required with a signed contract to confirm the date.**
